Garlic Oyster (่่็่): popular food in China, can be seen in street food stalls and skewer barbeque restaurant. Steam or grill oysters with mince garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Some add cellophane noodles.
Oyster Tofu Soup (ๆตท่่ฑ่ ๆฑค): a home-style dish in China coastal regions. Boil tofu with oysters, add some vegetables like spinach.
Oyster Omelette (่ตไป็ ): street food in Minnan region of China and Taiwan. Mix oysters with starch, eggs, and vegetables, pan fry. Serve with sweet chili sauce. In Xiamen they use garlic chives and sweet potato starch. In Taiwan, they use bok choy and potato starch. The sweet chilli sauce is a cooked mixture of ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water, with starch to thicken. A little fish sauce and mince garlic can be added to enhance the flavour.
