Japanese
- Gyudon (ηδΈΌ): a Japanese rice bowl dish. Fry onion, then add the sauce (Dashi stock, water, soy sauce, sugar, sake, mirin) to braise. Serve over rice.
- Sukiyaki (γγηΌγ): Japanese hotpot. Fry the onion and spring onion, then add the sukiyaki sauce (soy sauce, sugar, sake, mirin, and water) and boil everything. Sliced beef is the key ingredient for meat in the hotpot.
