There are packed mixed vegetables ready to roast which you can find in British supermarkets.
Simplest Cooking
- Oven: on a roasting tray, drizzle 5ml of oil, 200°C middle shelf, 20-25 mins, turn halfway.
Varieties
- Mediterranean style: bell pepper, red onion, courgette, cherry tomato.
Storage
- Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 1 day.
- Not freezable.
